Why Join?

HI!  We've had some questions about why lesbians and our allies should join Lesbian Voices so here's a quick summary.  Lesbian Voices is a new idea in social networks - we're not like Facebook so it takes a little time to understand its potential.

The basics:

Anyone can read what is posted.  Only members can write.

Members create content for Lesbian Voices and it goes right to the front page.

Members can comment, rate and participate in polls.

Members can subscribe to other members' posts.

Members can send private messages to one another.

Members can flag any content for review by our staff for removal.

We are Member-supported with only minimal affordable ads.

Members fees are $20/year for individuals… less than $2/month.
